Refund Policy

Untracked items
All shipments must have tracking included to be provided a refund. If you have chosen untracked shipping during checkout and your order has not arrived, a case will be opened. Only replacements and/or store credit will be provided for untracked orders. Please note that most orders above $50 will be provided tracking out of courtesy. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. A new shipping label will be created once payment is received. Customer will be responsible for all and any additional shipping cost related to the exchange.

 

Please note, we cannot guarantee items to be in stock and we hold the right to refuse exchanges.

Refunds/replacements/exchanges will only be considered to orders with tracking.
